• How do I use my gift card?

  When you are ready to use your gift card, please add the code to the discount/ gift card box at checkout and select "apply".

• How do I purchase a gift card?

• Can a gift card be used more than once?

  Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

• Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

  A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.

• Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

  Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

• Can gift cards be reloaded?

  No, you can't reload a gift card.

• Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

  Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

• Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

  Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

• Do I receive loyalty points for gift card purchases?

  You do not receive loyalty points for gift card purchases.

• Do you mail out physical gift cards?

  Our gift cards are E-gift cards! We do not mail out physical gift cards.

• How do I check my balance?

  Customers cannot check their own gift card balance. Please reach out to customer service at hello@katequinn.com and they will be able to check your balance.
