The carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
- Mailbox, porch, garage, exterior doors, and any locations where the package could be placed.
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it or with neighbors.
In rare cases, packages may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 – 72 hours. If it has been over 72 hours from the 'delivered' status and you still have not received your package please reach out to the shipping carrier used and file a Missing Package Claim via phone or online here:
