Due to how quickly we move inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If we still have the item left in stock, we suggest purchasing the correct style or size and returning the unwanted item.

How is credit issued if I paid for my order with a loyalty coupon?
If you paid for your order with a loyalty coupon, you will be issued store credit in the amount of the item. We are not able to re-issue a loyalty coupon or add points back to a loyalty account once it has been applied to an order. -

Can I combine returns from multiple orders in the same package?
Items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages. Each order has its own unique return label and order number which helps our team quickly and accurately process your return. -
Can I return an item purchased during a BOGO promotion?
Yes! You can return items purchased during a BOGO promotion. Since this type of promotion discounts the items proportionally, your store credit will be prorated based on the amount paid for each item. -
How long does it take to process my return once it is delivered?
Once a return package is delivered to our building, it can take up to 10 days to process. Our returns team will email you once your return has been processed. -
