How is credit issued if I paid for my order with a loyalty coupon?

If a loyalty coupon is used on an order, the credit or refund will be based on the amount paid after the discount is applied. In addition, the prorated points used towards that item will be returned to your loyalty account. If all items from the order are returned, then all of the loyalty points used on that order will be returned to your account.
